RETURN POLICY:

Any unused products can be returned to us for a refund. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping costs on the order. Damaged products will be promptly replaced, we will pay the reshipping costs, and we will provide return shipping labels for defective or incorrect products. We are only able to accept returns up to 30 days after the date of sale.

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped every business day at Southern Mess Creations. All orders placed in the United States are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS). We do our very best to maintain a maximum of 3 week turn around time. That being said, most orders ship within 5-10 business days from when the order is placed if the items are in stock and ready to ship. From time to a product that is in stock may become out of stock and we will contact you about that out of stock item.

👀Turn Around Time: I try to get orders completed quickly, however TAT for shirts depends highly on the weather (If bleaching) and if I have to order the blank. With that in mind, I try to keep a Max TAT of 3 weeks.

Please keep in mind that we are a one woman show here. All items are hand made to order out of my home shop and will most likely take a minimum of 5 days to ship, I appreciate your understanding.
